IT electives:

Students complete a minimum of 29 electives in areas such as networking, security and software development.

General education requirements

Students pursuing an associate degree in information technology complete 30 credits of general education courses in the following areas:

  • Communications
  • Social Science
  • Natural Science and Mathematics
  • Humanities

Many students are able to complete this degree program in as little as 18 months of full-time study. And if they receive credit for work experience or prior learning, they can reduce the number of courses they need to take.
