Members of our program advisory committee (PAC), these advisors are employers themselves and know which skills and training employers value. The PAC members also help us review our program regularly to ensure that we provide students with the most up-to-date information about the hospitality industry.

Study online

You can earn a BS degree in business management: hospitality management through our online division. You can study and complete assignments whenever and wherever you have Internet access — late at night, early in the morning or during your lunch hour.

Online college is a great option for students with busy or unpredictable work schedules. It also helps students who have family responsibilities or who travel for their jobs. Finally, studying online saves students money. They don’t have to pay as much for childcare, gas or bus fare.

Students in the business management: hospitality management bachelor’s degree program complete a minimum of 181 quarter credits, taking 77 credits of core business classes, 55 credits of general education requirements and 49 credits in the area of emphasis — the hospitality industry. These courses may include:

A student can complete this degree program in three years of full time study. And if students receive credit for prior work experience or college classes, they can reduce the number of courses they need to take, saving both time and money. Through the required six-credit externship, students are able to acquire valuable practical experience in the industry, After finishing this program, students are ready take their places in leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
