Offering the training that employers want

Training and education in business is essential if you hope for advancement in the field. At GU/MSB-Richfield, we offer a variety of degrees and diplomas that prepare you for success in business. Each program is developed with the assistance of a program advisory committee made up of experienced business professionals. Because many are employers themselves, the members of this committee know the kinds of training and skills that employers seek.

Business degree and diploma programs

Students at our Richfield campus are able to earn bachelor’s and associate degrees. We also offer technical diplomas as well as a Master of Business Administration degree online. Our business programs are listed below.

Bachelor of Science degree programs in business

o   Students select an area of emphasis from Agricultural Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Music Business.

Associate in Applied Science degree programs in business

Technical Diploma programs in business

Business programs available online

Many of these degree and diploma programs are available through our online division. Earning a degree online provides students with the flexibility they need if they are working, caring for family members or hoping to avoid a long commute. Online study often saves students money; they do not have to pay for childcare, gas or bus fare.

Extra-curricular activities that reinforce classroom learning

Our students are able to participate in student organizations that allow them opportunities to develop networking skills and make important contacts with others in their chosen fields. GU/MSB-Richfield is home to an active chapter of DEX, the college version of DECCA. Students participating in DEX attend conferences, compete against students from other schools and organize fundraisers on campus to support the activities of the organization.
